The production process is an intricate marvel, commencing with the precise precoating of PET or BOPP film using a specialized adhesive, followed by the evaporation of an ultra-thin aluminum layer onto the film. This meticulously crafted metallized layer is then expertly transferred to the base paper, culminating in the seamless removal of the transparent film to reveal a pristine, metalized finish.
This unique, film-free metallized paper not only offers an environmentally sustainable choice but also champions recyclability, making it an eco-friendly wonder.
